i speak to liverpool fans all the time and i find that most of them know but dont want to believe that stevie g is on his way out of anfield at the end of this season. you can see in his body language that is not happy with the club or the other players. i heard the only reason he stayed was because he was getting death threats to him and his family. i was talking to somebody who knows his bird, and she was looking at houses down in london during the summer, so something must of changed his mind. from what i heard he didnt look too happy when he declared his immediate future to the club

well look at it this way...if gerrard leaves it is gonna cost at least 30 million. look who can we buy for 30 million :

1)Anelka (6 million)
2)Aimar (7 million)
3)SWP (10 million + diouf + Cheryou + diao + Vignal + Diarra) - He again scored 2 goals against palace today.

Still have 7 million spare cash..... And with the board giving more money next season (another 10 million - just a guess)...
we have 17 million to spend on a defender & goalkeeper....

So you see gerrard leaving is not the bad at all if you turn it to your advantage......

Good post Rock there can still be life after SG so if he goes another chapter will begin.

Arsenal lost today. Chelsea have gone 10 points clear. The Scum are one point behind the Arsenal. Lets hope the Sh!te lose tomorrow.

they reckon thats the reason alonso was brought in so he could replace gerrard cos the chances are that he is going.

i think it is unbelievable that one player seems to dictate to the club what he wants to do, and that at the end of everything that we dont win we our worried about gerrard leaving, this must be unsettling on the team

Anyway lets lay-off gerrard for now. If he leaves he leaves. But until i see him put on another teams jersey, He is still one of us. If we are gonna win the champions league, gerrard will have to play a big part in it.

i think he is really drunk now, next he'll be saying we still have a shout in winning the league this season

I think we are missing Alonso today. We need a player who can deliver at target accurately. If SG leaves then we must make sure we get the 30M. Nothing less... Probably we can get Lampard
