Okay greenred you've been right all along, it's time for me to chuck the towel in, GH has to go and the sooner the better.

The damning statistic which someone mentioned on Talksport yesterday is 6 wins in last 24 Premiership games, by any team's standards that is sufficient to warrant a dismissal let alone the Mighty Reds.

I've mixed feelings as to who should come in but let Gonzo take the reins in the meantime, at least he has some passion about him........

A new beginning?

People have been saying that since 1991

We'll probably win 3 or 4 matches out of the next 5 games, and everybody will think that we have turned the corner, before losing abysmally again to somebody like Middlesbro or Fulham.

Thats the pattern of the last 18 months.

RedSi,it doesnt give me any pleasure seeing mr houllier falling flat on his face, but the more fans see what a cr#p job he`s doing the better chance we have of being rid of him.I personally will wish him all the best at his next job, manager of rochdale fc!

Plus he did a perfectly good job when GH was sick - he kept us in those 5 trophies we won that year. But only as a caretaker mind - we are still looking for Martin O'Neill longterm
