Anfield lunatic asylum - Is it me or am i not alone
Posted: Tue Aug 26, 2003 11:19 pmI was in work and messages were entering my head.I wrote them down so I could figure them out later.The rantings of a mad-man I thought or just a fan losing his grip.
"fox gives up the chase,stops,concedes defeat,ready to die"
It can only mean I hold my hands-up and concede Houllier has murdered Liverpool.
"shouting top of my voice,nobody can hear me"
The liverpool board aren't listening to the disgruntled fan.
"banging head against a brick wall"
I feel helpless to do anything.
"head mixed up can't think"
confused what's going on.
"positives..what are they??"
We do have a squad,that on paper,are the match for anyone.
"Be supportive...I am"
I am a fan ..never booed..never will
"That drone of a chant is doing my head in"

It's a very boring chant and it reflects the slow,pedestrian style of play.It's boring..boring ...boring Koppites please stop it now.Bring back the exciting,entertaining,exuberant chants and songs that were awe inspiring.The noise that transformed a team,it seemed to make the lads step up a gear and go onto victory.
Am I going insane.I'll be back in the asylum tomorrow night.
