The original post makes sense.. but also Benitez's actions speak lounder then anything else.. Murphy and Diouf were left behind because they were not part of the future... Owen is staying his agents and Real have denied any contact or interest respectively.. What is annoying is that on the day of an important match and on the eve of the new season.. more "will he stay, will he go" speculation is over taking the proceedings.

Michael is acting like a spoilt child... Gerrard hogged the headlines with his situation and now mikey wants the limelight.. pre-madonna's or what.. what about some loyalty..

unfortunately loyal scarcely exists in football, particularly amongst players.
While the fans have to deal with the worries from all the uncertainty of not knowing what is going on.

We should hear some goings on soon i have a feeling that JuanFran and Alonso will be two players coming in!

As for whether MO will still be around i'm not sure but i cant see why Real would want him?

Juanfran from Celta Vigo, he is left back isn't he, not exactly a major concern area, will be good for competiton for LB with Riise, but i'd rather see cash go into Alonso as you mentioned, and a right winger.
Of course this is all speculation at the moment, all though it looks likely Alsonso may be coming, which is great news.

i can see us bringing in a right winger on loan to be honest. i think most if not all of our remaining transfer budget will go on alonso.

loans can be good, you get a look at a player, and if he impresses get the option of signing him. Hopefully we get Joaquin

i'm from malaysia and i didn't see any news about alonso nor juanfran but sure i agree that if alonso do join, it will be a pluspoint to the team.... :;):

rafa definitely has a few players up his sleeve and i actually do believe with lee i that if we get champs league football these players will sign, if they are quality they will want to play in the champions league, the squad we have now is way too bare to go through the whole season unchanged, we brought on salif diao for christs sake that says it all, we dont have any midfield at all, well decent back up at least!

rafa will continue to blood youngsters good thing in my opinion, but he will also bring in some quality players when we do qualify for the champs league! :cool:

yer -apparently hes going to be the star in spain in a few years to comes but hes only played 5 matches for real last season as the over rated figo plays in that position, but i doubt he will come

yup......seemingly we will qualify for champs league with the positive win last night. we shall see if alonso or juanfran will come....wat bout ayala? there was some news bout him joining when rafa is about to come?? refresh me mates
