nobody can doubt kluivert's ability. i just don't understand what he's done over the last 18 months to convince newcastle to buy him. why do you think nobody else wanted him? the same goes for nicky butt. another player living off past glories. the geordies are going backwards. can't see them getting into the top 4 again this season. :D

Yeah I agree, Newcastle do seem to be slipping backwards. Sir Bobby hasn't got much longer to go , Shearers past his best and the rest of the team were seriously under achieving last season . I think Kluivert is just a quick temporary fix for them as some major work is necessary.
And we thought WE had problems  :D

Kluivert is just looking for a pay day.  As for Newcastle, they should have won the league under Keegan.  They blew it.  It could be 20 years before they have team as good as that again.

and the rest! :D

they're doomed. newcastle proved why it is imperative that we qualify for the champions league. newcastle got knocked out in the qualifiers and are now force to bring players in on loan as they are skint.

champion's league nights are what the fans long. the roma match when houllier returned was the most electric atmosphere i can remember at anfield. roma must have been scared sh#tless.

Kluivert past his best but if Newcastle manage to squeeze 80% of his undoubted ability from him then who knows ?

Kluivert may thrive on the change of club and personnel and it could turn out to be an astute piece of buisness on Newcastles part ,but never doubt Kluivert is a truly gifted player and the records he broke at Ajax are still unsurpassed.
He may be entering the twilight of his career but class is permanent.???

Kluivert is a good player. I will not overrate him but I'll be cautious if there was a game against Newcastle.

Shearer has past his prime. Still he has always been in the chase for top scorers. Can't deny.

Yeah apparently it is, (contrary to earlier reports).
I'll be surprised if he is there for the full term .

Surprise for me as i see the passive star player came in.
Newcastle should be the final destination for kluivert as he cant ask for more becos he's now sticking with shearer.

It's fantastic to see cisse can battle with them....kluivert,kezman,henry and DROGBA again.
But cisse will retain the triumph for REDS.

YEAH....cheer it up....

Hails you>BENITEZ

Kluivert is an overrated waster. He did a lot to destroy team spirit in the Dutch dressing room. Overrated, just like Edgar Davids, Seedorf.

I'm amazed that an old wise dog like Robson has taken a player like this. Well past sell by date. Like Rivaldo.
