He will probably play another 3-5 years at PL level and at the very least he’ll be here for the final year of his contract but probably more.

So impressive considering he started at 16 and with his style of play has clocked so many miles on those legs. Cartilage is cartilage so I’m sure he feels it in the knees. Compare him to Sturridge and its not like they are made from different things, it’s just one plays through the pain and the other can’t or won’t! As been said a total pro that you need in the dressing room and he must be thinking about coaching by now so a good way to wind down your playing career.

:bowdown  to Milly, he's been an outstanding example to all our younger lads.

100% given in every game.

Unfortunately the fella's not getting any younger, think he'll be on the bench for most of next season.

Having said that. Would certainly keep him for the experience and determination he offers.

Not the most gifted, but he's our most reliable player along with Hendo and will always give 110%. Can also play virtually anywhere, so we should definitely keep him (not that we've even considered moving him on I think).

Trouble is these lads wages make’em bl**dy expensive bench warmers and role models...

He's also a good utility player who can play at Left and Right back when needs be, so Klopp will probably keep him for another season or two. So no need for a left back signing as back up for Robbo really.
