Don't think people realise how much this guy will add to our attacking play. Unlike our other CMs, this guy can turn in tight spaces, then pass/dribble through the centre of the pitch. The front 3 will love him with all the through balls he'll bring.

Exactly right. He's exactly the kind of player we were missing in midfield and will fit like a glove with our style of play. I don't like it when I'm confident about things concerning our club as I usually jinx it, but with Keita I'm 100% certain that he will be a hit with us.

Nice to see that he's keen to start. I think he'll love the all action nature of the prem.

He said in his LFC interview this week is that he is " a defensive player., and my job will also be, to go forward and supply the attack" etc.

I do know he is quite clever and skillful, keeps tight control and I've seen him dribble five players and stick the ball in the net!

BUT like Fabinho, he is primarily a defensive player and will only get you about 10 goals a season.

Also RB Liepzig are not a big club also, how will he fare in the premier league ??

We still need the "attacking midfielder" type of signing this summer, like shaqiri and Fekir etc.

I'm going to the friendly at Chester on 7th July and I'm hoping Naby plays a part.

Cannot wait to see him in a red shirt

Keita really has been given a massive build up so there is pressure on him to deliver early now, I get the excitement and obviously hope he hits the ground running but it can sometimes take a little while.

Firmino was a slowish burner but did enough to keep people on side and now hes outstanding, but not everyone can just pull on the shirt and be amazing off the bat.

Yep, fair comments mate but even if it does take Keita, Fabinho etc take a while to find their feet in the prem I still expect them to be better that what we've currently got even when they are still getting their bearings!

I can't  actually believe how good this guy is. He moves the ball so quick, his control is amazing, he always spots the runners, he's brilliant at dribbling out of tight areas, he always picks the right ball to play.

He is the next level ... no wonder we broke our necks trying to get him.

Just oozes class doesn’t he. Has so much to his game and his short passing in the final third looks brilliant. The front 3 are going to love him I reckon.

He will be our buy of the season. Not as much flair as Coutinho but with much more bite and probably end up much more effective. His passing/vision is excellent but without sacrificing on the defensive side like we did with Coutinho. To be as good as he is and still showing up early for preseason shows a real desire and professionalism.

Best way to get over the last one is with the next one

Walk On

Never got out of third gear today. Oozes class. His sharpness, passing, awareness is excellent. Very Intelligent player.

Only the first game, and a lot more to come from Naby.
