The number of these injuries is getting beyond ridiculous, it's like we're cursed or something. The season hasn't even started yet and we already have a number of players injured.

Hope he gets well soon, hope all of them do.

Just typical really but I guess it shows up the importance of having two good goalies and Mignolet is not a bad reserve.

Most clubs dont have that kind of back up, ok hes not perfect, but Bogdan showed us how ugly this can get.

Haven't been entirely impressed with Karius so far. At the moment, he doesn't seem to be a far superior option to Miggy. Though he is still very young and will hopefully improve as he feels comfortable in the team. His ability at handling crosses gives me the same jitters as Miggy, same with his kicking when Swansea pressed us high. Next match will be crucial. Could be the one to make or break him if he's selected. Doesn't get any better than Manure... and he should be having to do a lot more than his past 3 games

He hasn't looked confident, but he's young and just moved to a new country and a much bigger club with higher expectations. Then factor in a more physical league combined with coming back from a broken hand. He's going to need time.

His kicking was his weakness in Germany too so shouldn't surprise us too much. Can't be any worse than Migs on that front.

Confidence?

When I moved to Brazil in 1988 I bagged off and got my first ***** on the first night in town.

Confidence?

He's paid a 100 thou a week to be confident.  All I had to buy her was two halves of lager and a packet of crisps.

Karius deserves a full season to prove him self. Migs was given twice that and seldom improved.

Reading a lot recently on how he is no improvement on Mignolet and he should be dropped. My opinion on this is we have suffered too many game changing mistakes by Mignolet and frankly I cannot stomach any more stupid errors by him and they will come because they always do. Marius looked a little nervous against Swansea to be fair but until he destabilises the team time and time again I will give him the patience to improve even if it means the odd mistake. I think we should invest in him rather than Mignolet as a number one as he has more chance of getting better than Mignolet has and according to what I have read he has more of a winners mentality than Mignolet also.

Have also been reading that it is Maureen's plan to rough him up a bit as he sees him as a weak link.
