Poor lad hasn't had much luck with injuries these past 2 years. I think this might be the final year of his contract so I guess he'll leave on a bosmon next summer.

I thought when he didn't travel to NY cos he was on his way to London for a medical  :D  Anyway really unfortunate that he got injured but I doubt he would have played much for us this season unless we had an injury crisis.

Sooner or later all these players leaving on Bosman's is going to cost us. All have a projected sell on value at the end of their contract and they will show up as losses that the club will have to absorb somewhere along the line.

A shame really, thought he would be a solid back-up for Trent, and we'd finally put an end to playing Gomez out of his natural position. Now, I doubt Clyne will get any minutes until he leaves the club on bosman next year.
