Very bad move. We've got so many games coming up in the 2nd half with CL and Clyne is a very good RB.

Clyne played a total of 108 PL mins and 0 CL mins. And that's despite Trent and Gomez both getting injured at the same time. He played the Utd game but was dropped for the next game because Milner returned from injury. Clyne leaving isn't going to make any difference to the rest of the season.

We have kept Moreno but let Clyne go on loan  :suspect:

Unless we have a RB replacement coming in, I can't see how this is a good move, Clyne (outside his injuries) has been consistent since he arrived here

Maybe those drug rumours from a year ago were correct and Klopp doesn't want this to disrupt our tilt at the title.......

Clyne when healthy is the first choice england right back and one of the most consistent performers in our previous starting line ups. Klopp may not favour him over TAA but defensively he is alot steadier than TAA. To let this kind of calibre player go at a very crucial run in of the season is very very strange to say the least.

Don't understand the decision to be honest. In fact, I have no idea why he wasn't played when TAA was rested/injured during this season. A lot of people may not like him because he's not as good going forward but IMO we won't find a better back-up right back.

Certainly hard to understand this one unless Klopp truly trusts Milner and Gomez as back up. Surely we must be getting some kind of loan fee?
The only other thing I can think of is maybe Clyne is starting to cause some locker room issues since he’s not playing? He just doesn’t seem the type.

Warnock accusing anyone of a lack of class is Alzheimer's at its peak.

As I understand it those comments came from a pitch side interview held after his team had just been knocked out of the FA Cup by lower league opposition. It's the old 'oh look a squirrel' tactic, designed to deflect attention away from a poor result.

Well Clynes bad luck continues.. He's picked up a cruciate ligament injury and will be out 6 months.
