Gave away the needless free kick in a dangerous area which led to their first goal.
Well done Alberto!

Saw Lawro mention that although he is decent going forward, he is one of the worst defenders he has ever seen

This is guy is one of the worst defenders I've ever seen. Don't see him being here next year

He's proven over time now to be a complete liability.  He needs to go.

Earlier this season I genuinely thought he was turning the corner and was improving, however his performances since about the halfway point this season have been garbage, I can't stick up for the lad any more. That challenge on Aguero was embarrassing and was a clear pen.

Enthusiastic, athletic and runs a lot.

But that's about it

not even that great going forward, 9/10 he makes a poor decision.

Been saying it for the past year that this guy is a fraud. He'll be in the lower leagues the moment he loses a yard or two.

Brad Smith could fill in tomorrow. But Klopp still supports him for some reason...

Klopp will support all of his players publicly. Especially when he's limited with a poor squad. No point destroying moral by throwing people under the bus. That'll come in the summer...

He's positioning and general awareness is awful. Relies too much on using his pace to get him out of trouble rather than use positioning to try and prevent trouble in the first place. I know he is still fairly young but struggling to see improvements in critical areas after nearly 2 years here

Im amazed the lad has made it this far in the game to be honest, as someone else said, if he ever loses any of his pace and fitness he will be lucky to get a game for a pub team. He was absolute embarrassment yesterday and has been for a while, him and Mignolet are the first names on the to go list.

After a dodgy game against Dortmund I was expecting the worse today. But credit where credits due he had a good game, possibly his best in a red shirt? If he continues to play like this then I will have no alternative except to eat humble pie
IF...

Wouldn't hold your breath, he's cack at defending and would be plying his trade in the lower leagues if it wasn't for his pace. I think he'll stay, but will struggle for regular game time next season as I have a strong suspicion that Klopp will bring in Jonas Hector. If true, Moreno will struggle to get anywhere near the first 11...

He left the backline exposed last night. He thinks he's a winger. If Gomez didn't get injured he'd have left back nailed down by now

If he hadnt been substituted he would have prevented that goal last night
