Maybe send Lovern and Mignolet in too for a recap...

Welcome back lad ,have you come back to 'exclusively' start the match threads ?   :;):

Alright Beergoghles... Yeah long time.

That magic computer is no longer in my possession.
It is up in the attic in a broken state gathering dust.

Maybe I should extract the hard dive and put it to use???

:)

He stood out at Benfica as a Sterling type player.. he was quick and very direct. I thought him and Sterling behind Sturridge would quickly fill the void left by Suarez.

When he came on against City I turned to my dad and said "watch this kid" then the first 5 mins he assists 2 big chances in the game.. he looked like a breath of fresh air, then suddenly he went missing for the rest of the game.

Every game since he's looked completely lost.. which is suprising, especially from a player as confident as Markovic. His bad decision making from trying to make an impact has completely knocked his confidence and he's trying too hard to please the fans.

Do I expect him to do good? I'm not sure anymore, even at this early stage he looks lost and vulnerable. I'm willing to give him time due to his age and I hope the rest of the fans are as kind.

He needs to pull his socks up because at the moment he looks absolutely woeful

Markovic was always destined to be a slow burner ,Henderson took time so did Sterling and they were used to the pace of the premiership ffs ...Markovic has come
from a different league entirely where the pace was significantly slower....I cant believe Liverpool fans are happy writing him off after a paltry 6 games and only
a few in the first eleven ,I'd rather anticipate his arrival into our team when he's acclimatised and practically unplayable.

You know if he'd started in the same manor as Coutinho?

Flashes, with obvious skill and quality... I'd be inclined to agree. So far I've seen nothing, he's not even that quick and thats meant to be his strength.

Maybe he'll grow into a monster like Ronaldo did, still don't think that will make him the answer. If he's anything like the rest of Rodgers signings then we've already seen his best.

It will never work as their feet are exposed

I saw someone had added to the Markovic thread and my first thought was he scored or had a great game, I should have guessed

Mentioned this on the Origi thread but i really think we should be looking at getting Both Ibe and Origi back to the club right now.
Let's offer their club some compensation and get those lads back.
Not sure if it's feasible legally but if yes let's pay and get them here.

This lad is made of glass. This was my biggest fear when we signed him, he was the same at Benfica and Partizan.
