I think fans need to be reminded that Aspas hasn't scored in the Spanish league yet this season.
Worst player we have ever had at this club.

He did an interview with ESPN football and has said he is signing a perm contract deal with Sevilla, very good news, i would imagine we would get pretty much all our fee back as he has had a decent season for them

He seem's more comfortable in spain so best of luck to him.

Liverpool transfer news: Iago Aspas will sign for Sevilla this summer
Spanish striker has flopped at Anfield since joining for £7.7m in 2013
By Chris Bascombe4:56PM BST 12 May 2015
Liverpool’s misfit striker Iago Aspas says he won’t be returning to Anfield following his season's loan at Sevilla.
Aspas joined the La Liga side on a temporary deal last year, but the arrangement involved making the deal permanent after 12 months, with Liverpool hoping to recoup a sizeable chunk of the £7.7million they paid Celta Vigo in 2013 for the striker in 2013.
“I came here on a loan deal with an obligatory option to buy,” said Aspas.
“I am a Sevilla player for next season. I will sit down and talk to the club in the coming days, or when the season ends. But, well, it is an open secret that everyone knew. The transfer [fee] is to be paid this summer. I am very happy at Sevilla, they received me with open arms, and I hope to keep paying them back for many years.”
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has never anticipated having to recall Aspas, who failed to make an impression during his one year stint on Merseyside.
“Since I left Liverpool I have not spoken with Rodgers again,” said Aspas.
“When I was at Liverpool, he behaved very well towards me. I did not have the playing time that I wanted. Which is why I made the move here to Sevilla.
Iago Aspas has not found a place in Brendan Rodgers' plans
"At the moment a return is difficult, as I say, I am going to stay here for some years at Sevilla. But I do have unfinished business as I felt I could bring much more things to the team, if I had been given more playing time.
“It is true there was a lot of competition for places, with Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge, and playing for the league title. It was one of the best years of Liverpool in recent times and it was difficult to get playing time, for sure.”
Liverpool will hope to offload plenty of others to raise fund when the transfer window, the issue of how to get any of their £16 million back for Mario Balotelli high on the agenda.

Aspas is basically a straight trade off for Ings, the 4 million for Aspas will pay the compensation needed for the Ings signing
I know who i would prefer out of the 2 players
That said i will never forget "that" Aspas corner

Suddenly that makes him a top player, does it?
He didn't even play in the final, so he shouldn't even be getting a medal
