Error 503: Service Unavailable

Question to the techs, for the last couple of months I haven't been able to hit the board from the workplace due to the message in the subject. Via 3G and other proxies I am able to get here, so I am not sure if our public ip has been blacklisted, or you are doing some form of source blocking, or we are to be honest. Is there anyone who might be able to have a look at this. Ext IP is 199.245.34.11

I get this often, refresh generally resolves it

Thanks for the response. Sadly not a solution for me though. Different browsers make no difference either. Changing my internet gateway (which I can do in work) does get me the access.

You can try flushing your DNS if you are on Windows
Open CMD
Type in: ipconfig /flushdns
Hit enter then try again.
If that fails there is more info here
