While its nice to see how well he's getting on on loan  :nod  its even more depressing when you look at the creativity we lack

This lad is outstanding at Almeira. He assists, scores and with good ball control skills. We should get him back.

Can we get him back? A lot of the time with these deals they have a no return clause during the season.

Next season with CL football and with more demanding games to play, we need this lad around to make a difference. If he can reproduce or improve on his Almeira form for us, that will be great.

Enrique just posted this to his twitter feed -

First day of training with the team. Very happy to see all my team mates. Ready to start !!

Suso is in the picture, hopefully he will be part of the extended squad this season. At least the domestic cups.

Maybe, I presumed it was Suso. Looks very similar.

Sorry mate, not meaning to be awkward but it's defo joao teixeira, they do look alike in fairness, but brush their hair to the opposite side and ears are different

It's teixeira.

Also he was wearing training gear with number 31 on which indicates that Sterling must have a new number.

Well spotted mate, it's good to see Ilorri there as well, he looked very impressive for Granada last season (particularly against Barcelona) and I'm hoping Brendan gives him plenty of game time in pre season. He could be a future star that lad, he's got the lot - height, genuine pace, knocks the ball around like a CM etc
