Well done for help knocking Chelsea out of the League Cup with the last minute equaliser!

Our loaned out players (inc Assaidi) seem enjoy scoring last minute goals against the team with no history!

He collapsed in the game yesterday during half-time. Was complaining about not feeling well before the game but GP decided to play him anyway. Hopefully he's well and it's nothing bad.

yeah, apparently he went to hospital but they released him soon after so it looks like he`s okay which is a relief, it`s never nice to hear that uber fit athletes in their 20`s have collapsed but thankfully this doesnt seem to be anything serious

Scored another winning goal to send Gollum and his clowns half way out of Capital One Cup Semi Finals...that will do Fabio!

Like Assaidi, our boy Borini is a secret assassin.

hopefully we'll get some money for him in the summer...there's no way he'll break into our side here

Whilst I agree he isn't going to dislodge Sturridge, he surely has to be a better option than Aspas. In hindsight we should have persisted with him.

With that said the loan spell has clearly done him good - playing regularly, etc. Maybe he will return a more confident and contributive player.

Yes. He seems more better suited to the EPL than Aspas.

Shit Santa I hope you haven't spoken to soon !!  Great penalty though !! Don't know what I'm enjoying more at the moment: the re-emergence of a lively Kop or the booing coming out of the Shitford End !! Long may it continue on both counts

scored again today in the derby for Sunderland and is a fans' favourite over there, with most wanting him to sign on a permanent deal. Does anyone think Sunderland will give us back the £10 million we paid?  IF so, I'd snap their hands off.

I rather keep him. Watched the game earlier and he was instrumental in their win along with Altidore. But what caught my eye about Borini was his high pressing game and how hardworking he was.

Oh brilliant, that's just what we need, a poor man's Dirk Kuyt. As if Kuyt wasn't bad enough some sections of "support" are hoping for a poor player to come back because he runs round lots and lots.

He's exactly where he belongs IMO. Not that I haven't been happy with his performance but no where near good enough to what we need. If we want to play with the big boys again that is.

They offer anything near those 10 million and we ship him out.

Borini found his level, which is playing for Sunderland
