Yea but at the same time it seems he's incapable of putting a ball into the box properly at all.  He can get himself into good positions, but his passing just isn't good enough.  He seems the type of player that just floats a ball into the box for one of his mates to attack, rather than put it into a good spot for his mate to gain an opportunity from it.

I like the kid, but until his passing and eye for a more productive pass can improve, he shouldn't be playing much at all.

The loan to Spain deal fell through tonight

Am I right in thinking Pacheco can play as a striker??
The next 4 months will be the biggest of his Liverpool career if he gets a few games,
he won't get another chance when we're so short of wingers/strikers...

Dear Danny,

You now have your chance to impress a manager at the professional level.  Seventh time's the charm.  Good Luck.

Time is running out for Pacheco.
But if he takes his chances like Sterling did, who knows....

That's a bit harsh when the service to him is just balls high into the box ? He was isolated and he isn't a lone striker.

He was cr@p mate, his decision making, his movement and his passing was awful all night. Borini came on and proved to be better overall with his movement.

I don't think he played well, but I do feel he was isolated at times.  I'd prefer him as a second striker, but since we don't play with two up top, I'd like to see him play out on the right of the front 3.

Totally agree, said as much in a different (wrong lol) thread. If BR is only ever going to play one formation im not sure wether pacheco will ever really fit in, plus we already lack hieght in the team and with a front 3 of pacheco, suares and sterling we would lack any hieght in the attacking possitions. We look a little light wieght IMO.

Pacheo is finished here surely.

If only he had been given a real shot when he first arrived, now it feels like Joe Cole
up there just killing time.

He wasted too many years waiting for Liverpool and now its passed him and the club
by so just let him go free to make a name elsewhere and enjoy his football.
