i haven't listened to it , but if that's what he says then it's a bit stupid of him to accept such a "role", and stupid of the club to allow the  this piece  of positive PR to be exposed as the wafer-thin transparency that it is  :no


i thought there was talk of him working with the academy when he "arrived"?

I admire Gerrard, but I admire Dalglish more as a footballer. What a player.

Kenny Dalglish was the reason I became first interested in football 31 years ago. Legend.

Someone told me he scored at the Hillsborough charity match earlier in the year. I didn't realise it was televised, and as a result, didn't see the footage. Did anyone record it and willing to sell or loan it out?

The goal was a bit of a gimme as I recall, noone made a serious challenge and basically let him score.
