sorry to repeat as its probabley in a post but i cannot find it.as theirs pages and pages about the chelsea game.
i switched the game off last and didnt here the after match interview.
was torres injured?

I read in the local paper that Rafa said he had a hamstring tweak, in response to criticism for taking Torres off.

Its laughable that people would think the man would lie to save face.
Rafa Benitez is many things, stubborn and bloody minded in his views, but he is not a fuc.king liar. Why would he need to be ?
I was driving hme from work last night, and on the (poorly named) "Legends" football phone in on Century FM Greame Sharpe said "I am not having that, that Torres was injured". Well thanks for that you big bitter blue nose pleb.
So you work with Torres every day then Graham ? No ?
So you have trained with him ? No ?
So you know him quite well ? No ?
So have you ever spoken to Torres then Greame ? No ?
Ever seen him in the flash ? No ?
So you know nothing about him ?
Well I will take notice of the guy who works with him ever single day over your views yer big pri.ck.

What he is trying to say that the fans should be backing him and taking his word as gospel. The fans were all "Rafa rafael....." during the protests but as soon as he makes a sub yoiu lot dont like for some reason the fans "doubt" him.
To be honest if Rafa gets any whiff of the fans thinking hes lying to them then I wouldnt be surprised if he packed his bags and left for another club.
