Another player who made a vital cameo contribution towards our incredible CL win leaves the club. Thanks for everything Neil but especially for Olympiakos and Arsenal

yeah watch a video of the valencia-liverpool game in spain from 2002. we had a tall black guy with dreadlocks ( can't remember his name) playing centre back that night who gave a defensive masterclass.

Nice to see you guys wishing him well, fingers crossed he does the business for us.
I might be coming back on here after the Cardiff game in a couple of weeks telling you how he did on his debut.

I'll keep an eye out for how Neil does at Deepdale, good luck lad, you were an honest grafter in a Red shirt and I hope it turns out good for you.

A legend for those two games.
I went f*cking beserk when he hit the net against the Gooners.
Absolutely brilliant goal that rammed the cocky cockney's boasts back down their throats.
Priceless.

I feel sorry for the lad, he never got a proper run in the team, even under Houllier, and I can only put that down to his lack of ability in training! or lack of promise. He was at anfield for a number of years and if you aint cutting the mustard then he's lucky ot have been there so long.
