We have to believe we can do it, before each match I light a candle at our grave and tell Phil to pull his finger out and make sure we don't lose - seems he's doing his best to support the team and so will I.

RIP Phil buddy...

I remember your dry direct wit.... and knowledge and love of LFC..... its funny how that binds all of us even when we argue and disagree....

RIP Phil, you will never be forgotten here.

Just spent the past hour reading the thread.. i recall reading many DrummerPhils posts in 2005. Having not used the site since until late last year i hadnt realised he had passed. Very moving reading about about his fight and staying positive to the end, his wifes updates, and all the tributes.

RIP

Phil touched the lives of people on here without ever meeting them in person. His wit and sense of parody was priceless and although he didn't normally tolerate fools he made an exception for many of us on here ! :D

I miss the man as a friend,as a fellow red and a remarkable example to all who are prone to complaining about their lot.

It wasn't until the last few months of his life that he revealed his illness on here but he was already a  legend by then. His candid honesty and true bravery spoke volumes for the type of man he was.

His like don't come around that often. We were touched by greatness.

Never Forgotten. R.I.P Fella ............

Ian :)

What he said.

He was a really brave man.

Always brings a tear to my eyes when I get reminded of Drummer Phil. Such a cool guy to have on our forum. Always positive about everything though lots of things must have been hard for him and his family.

:)  I hope everything is well with his family.

Not upto details at the moment but know Phil is in your hearts and as I type this Liverpool are on the TV!

YNWA

And as I type this Liverpool have Won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never, ever, ever give up the fight.

Visited your grave and was quite a strange feeling when a new grave just 2 plots away was covered in floral dedicated to a Liverpool Fan, really sad though he was only 22 years old but sure you will help him out Phil like you did with Newbies on here.
