How many non-eu players are we allowed?

We already have Sissoko of Mali and Kewell of Australia, MarK Gonzalez (Chile) and Gabriel Palletta (Argentina) seem done deals, and now there is talk of signing Aurelio of Brazil as well.  How many of these players are we going to be able to field at the same time?  I'm sure we're only allowed 2 non-EU players on the pitch at the same time.

kewell and Sissoko don't count because they have dual citizenship with EU countries

That's good news, but I can't see us getting a work permit under any circumstances for Palletta.  He's never played in Europe before or for his country.  Aurelio I'm not sure about...if he's played in Europe for 5 years or something he might get a work permit even though he's never played for Brazil.

Paletta has an italian passport that is why we got him easily.
