Darren potter? - Make good hearts signing?

Hi Liverpool fans,
Firstly well done on the the champs league success (what a match!) and the current league form, things are looking really good for the red half of liverpool!
I'm a hearts fan and there is strong media talk of us signing darren potter. No one knows alot about the guy up here. What you think, make a good signing? 750k meant to be the fee, fairly substantial fee for club like hearts.

For Hearts, I think he would be a good signing. He can play right or centre mid.

good addition to your squad. i think hed fit right into the scottish league. hes pacy and doesnt mind a good tackle.
rather give him to u guys on loan tho but in reality hes not really for us so good luck if u get him

i hope he goes for that cos quite frankly, the lad possesses no quality and no attributes that i can see can be worked on 750k is a great amount for him.

i think now would be the right time to cash in on Darren. He's not developed into the player we hoped and it might be time for him to move on and allow another youngster to come through. 750k would be a good deal

Too me he is a tidy player and thats it, he's compenent with his passing and is decent defensively, but he doesnt posses any outstanding attribute, who ever said he was pacy is lying.
I dont really watch Scotish football outside of the Old Firm so I cant say whether I think he is good enough for the SPL.

I don't see him making much of an impact at Hearts either, to be honest.
Didn't Potter get a new contract from Liverpool recently?

Yeh he got a new 3 year deal i think, he said he was excited by it, CGGY posted a topic on this a few days ago so when she comes on we will know the story for definite 
think she said he is moving to Hearts because he wants first team footie but Rafa wants him to stay.
