the longer he stalls on a new deal the more it makes me think he won't be here next season. The problem is that he's only got just over a year left on his contract so we'd get nowhere near the £30m he's supposedly worth anyway.

I would like to think he will stay,Ijust have a problem with this loyalty thing.
MAYBE ITS MY AGE but surely 50 grand a week is all the security you need for your family. The SMITHS and HEIGHWAYS and CALLAGHANS who hung around for a carreer
will always be remembered
p.s. heres hoping emyln hughes pulls through

I respect Michael Owen, if he want to leave so I will wish him a best of luck.

But I am starting to wondering about Real Madrid, they confirmed that they have not spoke to Michael Owen so they want to buy Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Thierry Henry this summer. If Michael Owen signed with them, so how he's gonna get in the first 11?
Sound to me that Real Madrid are not interested on Michael Owen.

I'd rather see Houllier go than Owen, but if Owen has to go then so be it and good luck to him. I would rather see him win the title with Liverpool but maybe that's just a dream

It will happen sooner or later, I just fear it won't for as long as Kermit is in charge

Who cares about Michael Owen - he is over paid and not delivering - lets recruit players who aren't injury prone and have desire.

The return on the investment in Owen has not paid off and because of the continuation of support for him other possibly capable players have moved on, or not seen the club as an option.

He simply is not worth his pay packet.

I Think Owen will stay cos he's a first team choice when fit every time, why go to abroad look where it got Steve McManaman he now plays for a Man Shitty
