Do we know if Mascher is out for any length of time?

thats true. he does a good job of defending from the top.

Cant believe Alonso got injured again. He makes all the difference in the team.

We have to get better wingers (or at least play the ones we have!)

There was quite a lot of diving in as well. Considering our form though, I think a point is a good result.

I wouldn't say Kuyt isn't good enough mate, but he doesn't offer too much of a goal threat, instead bringing other attributes to the table. If paired with someone who is a goal threat he generally does a good job.

attributes like what?  Huge workrate.  Is that really enough to play fo liverpool.

It was a good point considering our performances having not been that good of late, but the passing was atrocious at times, Riise, Voronin and Kuyt are not good enough, what's the deal with not playing Babel? He is on of the only players that we have that can do the unpredictable, if he was at Arsenal he would have the freedom to play, but when he plays for us it is in the rigid formation and tactics that Rafa plays with. If Stevie G gets injured we are well and truly screwed as it seems that we have reverted back to the days where he is the player that is carrying the team just as he has been for the last 4 years. Arsenal played some superb stuff and deserved the point for their attacking play and passing alone.

Things do need to change, if we could bring in any players in January who do you think we should bring in realistically?

No need to panic. We are still playing poorly but are STILL unbeaten in the league.
The injuries are a blow, but we have the squad to cope. I think the corner has been turned and we will go on from here.

Hopefully Arsenal will lose or draw to united next week so we can start to climb up the table.

Please don't say that we've turned the corner, the number of times I've heard that phrase under Houllier.  We turned more corners than Nigel Mansell and still hit the dead ends!

On the contrary we dodged another bullet today. I was sure Fabregas would score another. Its not like he didnt have the chances not to mention that screamer that hit the post near the end.

Not half as much as the pain you Mascherano-bummers felt when you finally realised he wasn't the better player.
