Agger is by no means IMHO a direct and similar replacement for Hyppia. I'll be interested to see him (Agger) tested for pace.)

I think as well, and as I said previously is that, Hyypia has to adapt playing on the right side, where Carra normally is. Agger is a natural left foot, so it would be stupid to put Agger on the right side. That's why Hyypia might be a bit off today, but still, they are all playing sensationally.

Atleast he won't being playing for Spain in midweek and that's a bonus. Sorry Sabre.

LFC is more important than a friendly against Drogba team, we'll beat them with our subs. :)

Job done, 3 points, but again we should have scored about 4-5 today.

for moro's 13 matches in a row without scoring, traore could have scored some if he had been put upfront instead

Another game and no goals from our strikers but I thought Crouch was excellent today. He hit the bar, was unlucky with the one on one with James, (both chances made for himself) and got himself open in the box for two or three slides accross the goal, most notably with his little flick which just evaded the far post. He was a threat. Strange then that he was the srtriker who came off, now that did baffle me but there you go.

Bah. Look at the Crouch thread some months ago. Rafa will sit down Morientes even if this the third win in a row in the EPL, due to pressure. And the one that substitutes him, will have the same trouble. And I won't give stick to him neither, as I didn't with Crouch.

I see what's going on here. I really hope Mori is sit down, this is not good for him.

I really think this was Mori's last chance as a starter. If Cisse and Mori aint firing, its best to leave Robbie up there with Crouch, at least until the end of season. There's nothing to lose in doing that, the strikers aren't scoring anyway. Your right Sabre, aint doing Mori any good.
