There was a charity event on there today mate. The meeting with Kenny went on for around 2 hours. All things considered it wouldn't make sense for Xabi to move back, although id love it. He has CL footy and he is important to Real.

I reckon his meeting was either 1) To discuss some potential sales of his fellow Spaniards or 2) shooting the :censored:. Possibly a combination of both.

I wonder if on some levels he wished he had stayed now. I can't see anyone dislodging Barca any time soon and im sure he is desperate for some silverware.

I have a more or less recent story about Xabi ALonso that you might like to know. A local journo has a blog in which he talks about international football. Well When Kenny Dalglish was appointed as the new manager, the journo posted that he had his doubts about that decission.

Xabi Alonso waked him up at 7.am in the morning by phone, and told him to change the post :D because Kenny was a legend.

I was a bit shocked to know this because it's true that he always talks about his love to his former clubs, but doing that, I mean, calling at 7 am to inmediately command a journo to change a post means that some parts of his Liverpool heart have real strong feelings.

Kenny Dalglish, a true legend.

Still hope he'll return and play for us again some day, wouldn't care how old he'd be.

I feel horrible that I appreciate Alonso more and more now then I ever did when he played for us.  Won't find many as classy as he is.

XAbi Alonso said his heart was breaking because he 'couldn't repay all those people for their love.'

Well he could, if he would come back and play for Liverpool again.

Come on Xabi! Come on football!
