I'm not saying hes the difference to our season, I'm saying with Torres, Gerrard, Kuyt and Babel already there, plus a solid defence with Carra, Agger, Skrtl and Reina - PLUS the addition of Villa to the team, then we should be going into each match expecting a win.

Happy enough with all of that.

The run in looks good if we can stay in touching distance coming into the last 8 fixtures than we have a chance.

The added advantage of a favourable run in is it wont impact our Champions League semi final or FA Cup Final games so much.

You see...  g.od is a scouser.

I think we have got a good fixture list (for once), all the hardest fixtures are well spread out throughout the season, and depending on what teams we play after our CL GAMES (hopefully home ties) I am quite happy so far.

It's about time it happened to them.  They've had some very cushy home fixtures after European games and international breaks.  What odds they still get some of these fixtures moved "due to television considerations"? ???

Are they though? Toughest games must be (in order of schedule) :-

Man Utd (h) 4th
bitters (a) 7th
Chelsea (a) 9th
Arsenal (a) 18th
Chelsea (h) 24th
Man Utd (a) 29th
Arsenal (h) 33rd

Three testing fixtures in the first nine, ok we picked up three points at the pit across the park and it thins out a bit after that, but one point from the other two games puts pressure on to win most of the rest of the early fixtures. Thankfully none towards the end, but traditionally we're well out of it by then anyway. Sunderland may well spend a lot and got harder to beat as last season progressed, villa will be robbing Rafa blind and may sign a couple of players or Bentley with their stolen money. Citeh away may be a tester, Boro at home we should win but then we should have beaten the relegated sides home and away yet dropped SEVEN points.............
