Its nice to see and we have to ask ourselves would we be willing to do it for Celtic. Whatever you think or say about their team and fans, their support is phenomenol. Nice gesture and appreciated.

In the wake of Hillsborough it was CELTIC who came to offer support and condolence in those first few dark days post 15th April 1989.

Their support since then has been unwavering and constant.

All this talk of 2nd club nonsense is superficial at best and naive. Its not about second club loyalties but about two clubs who are very closely linked through tragedy and tribulation.

They have their sectarian rivalry with Rangers which I don't want to get into but on a simply human level they have always been close to Liverpool Football Club and for their support through the good days and the bad I for one salute them.............
