Scott Parker is ok but I don't see him fit in as a LFC player. Instead, I think Peter Parker is a better fit:p

Benitez doesn't like to spend a lot of money on one player and Duff is no exception. Houllier is the reason why we don't have Duff today.

Yeah what an error, that may ultimately prove to be Houlliers biggest folly A.B. Not counting Diouff of course.

how many of us said that kewel will be great for us aswell tho?

(duff seems different class tho in that he seems to just love playing)

Thats a fair point. As much as I think Houllier was poor in judging players you can't always blame him. Kewell was a welcome addition at the time, even Heskey for his raw potential was a justifiable buy.

Stories of Gerrard going to Chelsea in a cash plus player swap for Parker are lazy journalism and should be ignored.
