Yes we should do some more business with Viullareal some time. There defender Gonzalo looked really good against the Mancs. Would mind having Riquelme or Sorin either as a replacement for Hamman. Both have a good deal of experience and could fit inot the position nicely.

I think this signing shows Rafa has a lot of bollox. Rather than sticking with Josemi, he has seen he's made a mistake on him and after only a season and a half Rafa has promptly replaced him with hopefully a much better player.

Ive heard that Woodgate is in breach of his contract at R Madrid and is looking at comming to us, that means 2 new defenders for cover thats gr8 :love:

We need some one beter to play alongside Gerrard (Deco) in the centre of midfield.

And why on earth is Benitez looking at more strickers, the ones we have are comeing together.

He is capable at RM position. So Rafa will start him there and back him with Finnan. when Finnan is injured/ need to be taken out, he will drop back whereas, Garcia or Gerrard will cover RM. Simple as that...

By playing him at RM, Gerrrard has more role at the CAM.

Gives more option to Rafa to use Garcia and others well. We dont have to waste our talents on the RM:)

Just wondering about the RB cover in the CL. Is Antonio Baraggan in the squad? Do you think he'd be up to covering the position
