Forget Fernando Morientes, all gone now. You see a new manager is another chance for Mr Bernabeu to complain about not getting picked while Nic Anelka's banging them in for our mighty reds!! Anelka will join Liverpool tomorrow for an inital £4.5 million + Stephan Henchoz with another £2million "if" we finish in the top 4!! Report Centry radio. 31-12-04

The Sun says an Anelka representative spoke to Anfield contacts this week over a proposed £6million move from Manchester City.

yes i know you hate the sun and newspapers, but why dont you wait to cast your judgement. You might find that the Sun is right. If not then hopes are still on for Morientes.

Bad move Canadian Red, its not all newspapers just the sun in particular. For your own sake never quote anything from the sun in this site

i have never read the sun, so i dont know

The S*n made sh*t up about Liverpool supporters in the Hillsborough disaster.
I think they accused our fellow supporters of things like urinating on dead bodies etc....not good!

Well, if you were unaware of what was printed by that rag, then it's not your fault of course. I didn't know they said those things until fairly recently. I was pretty young when they published what they did, and I never read the S*n anyway.
I used to get FHM magazine, but stopped after they made jokes about Hillsborough.
But this is what they said. It also includes the reaction when Wayne "The Chav" Rooney took money from them for an interview.

the Sun doesnt make it past the Atlantic ocean, I can see why now. We have papers over here like that but nothing to that extreme.
