Confused lfc fan - Why the silence....to date?

Is anyone else as confused as I am as to the goings on behind the scenes at our club?
while Manure & Chelski are very active in the transfer market, and the likes of the next 'tier' ie. Middlesbough and Newcastle are beavering away. We seem to have gone very quiet in that dept.
We haven't even unveiled Cisse to the press and media?
Does anyone know what is going on and why?

you would be if ye played for LFC, everytime you look in the paper it seems like another one of them has pis**d off on holiday leavin the rest of the league to pick up the quality buys!

It just seems that he isn't a media monkey and all his deals are being done in the background. He'll say something when they sign.
He was very quiet on the Gerrard situation, next minute he's staying.

It's because he can't speak English I reckon.
I haven't seen any press conferences with him speaking yet.

I think Rafa Benitez fancies a moving for Valencia striker Mista. and the 24 year-old rejecting a new contract offer last week from Valencia and I think he can leave the Mestalla on a Bosman at the end of this season. But they saying new Kop chief Benitez is keen to landing the Spanish striker. I read that Manuel Garcia Quillon, agent to both Mista and Benitez, saying that Negotiations have ended. There was no agreement because the two sides were a long way apart. But the player is not asking for more than the rest of the squad.

The silence is a bit unnerving but i wouldn't worry too much. GH used to do most of his work/PR through the media. whether it was contract talks, dressing down a player or transfer targets. already it is obvious that Rafa is the complete opposite. Signings will come very soon i'm sure. If yopu look at Wenger there is no mention of his transfers untill the very last minute. Everything is done on the hush, it suits me if Rafa is the same.

It also stops a bidding war and inflated transfer fee's. Look what Happened to Boro. They wanted Forlan and Man Yoo hijacked the deal. I bet McLaren is laughing his ars off now.
