Yep, Spurs were the better team in Turin and they were the better team tonight but they fell for the classic sucker punch.
It's a great result for us though, I think we'd beat Juventus, a lot of their players are getting on and I think they'd struggle against our high intensity A game, I wouldn't mind getting them in the next round.

Not one to be happy with a United win but this will have City's confidence completely shot

And their next league game is at Spurs

Would laugh my hoop off if they blew the league at this stage

Works in our favour i guess because they will be deflated and also the Spurs match well means something now.

Watching Chelsea getting beat 1-0 by Southampton on Bein sports. Richard Keyes is being quite merciless on Harry Kane. At half time is says 'What do think of Kane's goal' then they are talking about player of the year and he says ' If Salah wins it Kane will claim it'.

Ha they lost 1-0 so City have won the premiership "officially".

We easily could've got 2nd this season.

They've still got to play West Ham and Arsenal, so yes we could.

Always glad to see the mancs lose but it's not a good thing for us it was against WBA, as we're playing them next, and it's never a good thing playing against a fired up team from the bottom of the table.

Yup true with Palace playing in the evening and Swansea next day vs City it does give West Brom a glimmer of hope. Palace/ Swansea are just a win away from sending West Brom down. I can see them being fired up against us.

Comment from a Manc friend of mine after the WBA game:   I have no problem losing to a better team on the day but in 55 years of supporting the Reds, I don't think I have witnessed a more gutless, clueless and downright abysmal performance in all that time. It is made even worse by the fact that this lot have been assembled for a fortune. But it is nothing to do with money, it is pride or should I say lack of it. They were garbage today and if I was the manager I would have them in at 6 o clock in the morning and I would make the lazy show ponies run till they collapse, throw a bucket of water over them and go again. I would tell that useless c**t Pogba that if I ever see him in a barbers shop again getting anything other than a short back and sides that I would cut his balls off! I have never been so p***ed off at a United team in all my years following them. It was the quietest my car has ever been coming back from a game. I would rather Jose played the youth team. Rant over, big single malt on its way. By the way, well done City, no team wins the Premier league that doesn't deserve it, respect.

Spurs drew 1-1 with Brighton. They are now 2 points behind us and played the same number of games. Spurs have dropped 5 points in 2 games. Kane scored.
