Sigurdsson wasn't worth £40m either. Everton wasted huge sums on dreadful players and some of our fans would rather see us splurge the Coutinho cash rather than wait for quality like VVD, Mane and Salah. 

Mahrez is a good player, but £50m+  Pffftt

I don't think we can afford to be laughing at what other clubs pay when we went and paid that amount for Van Dijk.

Come on mate you are not saying Van Dijk was worth that money are you ?.  A good player yes but world class is stretching it a bit.

Wait for the players Klopp wants. It's not always money. Sometimes teams won't sell and you have to wait.

Or you can just panic buy like we've done in the past. That Markovic lad looks promising, snap him up

I can assure you Mahrez wouldnt be a panic buy. But then whos Pep quardiaola to jusge anyone anyway

He's a very good player. But I don't think he's worth the £60-70m that's being banded about. Not by a long shot.

As Red says we spent £75m on a CB who is probably worth about £35m.

That's a great result for us, what we want now is United to beat Spurs tomorrow and then us to beat them ourselves at the weekend. That will put an 8 point gap between us and Spurs which will take a bit of bridging.

Who cares how much he is worth ,he is a player we need! ,player valuation has went off track ages ago so lets focus if he is good enough or not.

How about Ozil on a free in the summer? Not much talk of him going abroad, he could sign now on a free if he were doing that.... I know he has his faults, but I think much of the Arsenal side could do with a change of scenery

We need someone like that who can see a pass but he just doesn't work hard enough.
