Froome and doping in general

As 4 times Tour de France winner Carl Froome has been found with twice the level of some banned substance in his system, do we need to just accept doping in sport.

Froome , Mo Farrah , Sharapova and many others just happen to be prescribed with medical conditions to allow them take certain supplements/drugs. Funny that!

Usain Bolt training off in Jamaica where there is limited out of season drug testing etc , in light of Marion Jones who beat all the drug tests , and Lance Armstrong, should we just allow them all to openly use whatever they are using?

No I don't think we should accept doping in sport, the idea is to find who has the best athletes not the best chemists.

French where right over Froome, all the Sky team have asthma. If you didnt have it before joining the team its mandatory on signing.

Russians get hammered over doping but I suspect its rife everywhere, often with money paying off authorities.

I see Mo Farah won the BBC sports Personality of the year award. Another one who happens to be asthmatic , whose training partner was found to be taking drugs, whose coach has a doping history (or had, not sure if changed coach)

People just don’t want to know.

:D

A mandatory dose of laxatives and magic mushrooms would make athletics much more watchable

:no ,  for starters , he's not Irish and I've never ever seen him doing a jig, digging a hole in the road, downing a pint, singing "I wish I was in Carrickfergus" or wearing a Bomber jacket.

You're our hero Niall  :buttrock
