Played really well yesterday and is starting his rehabilitation and working his way back into supporters hearts.

Thankfully he is being professional and is getting stuck in but he will look to move as soon as he can. He put in transfer requests and everything so as far as I am concerned we can run him into the ground this season because more than likely he won't be here for the next one.
To our advantage if he wants Barca to come back in and spend the kind of money its going to take to get him he will have to earn it.

He'll be gone in the summer, I'm sure of that.

However, for now, I'd move him into the centre of the park and finally end the Can, Henderson, wijnaldum midfield

You're spreading panic in the forum mags.
We all know he's a goner next July, but we have a full season to prepare for his departure.

Why was he allowed to go off to meet up with Brazil when he was suppose to be injured ?  According to this article in the Echo he has given us a injury boost because he trained with the ball today  So if he wasn't able for ball work before he left why did we let him go at all and not keep him here so he could fully recover. They are only friendlies as well so they could do without him and its not likely they will drop him from the WC squad either so surely our priority should be to make sure he is ready to start for us against Southampton next week.

I am becoming more concerned about his form of late. I know people say "hes a professional so he will give his all for LFC" But Im not sure that when youve made it perfectly clear that you want to leave a club, then allow your family, friends and agent to stir up a heap of sh'it in the media that you can give 100% for the rest of the season? Especially when that club stopped you getting your dream move. Yes it was good that we didnt cave in to barca, but for the money they were willing to pay we should have took it and wished him well.

He needs to watch some videos of Hazard to pick up a few tips?

Probably that Barca saga at the start of the season has thrown his mind off his work. It can do funny things to you.
That's why he has been a bit under par thus far.
I knew his attitude would not be spot when he came back into the squad after the phantom back injury.

Showed good instincts to hit that free kick under the wall. Not many players would try that one. Very clever play.

He looked like he was playing free of what had been bothering him and even despite the goal looked world class, probably the fist time this season. Hopefully something was resolved in his mind and this is the player we see for the rest of the season.

Barca are struggling for a win right now and I can see them throwing everything they have to take Philippe away in Jan, especially when Philippe is playing at this sort of crazy level. We should absolutely NOT make it easy or cheap for then to do so when we have the upper hands in bargaining power
