2016/17 Other Scores Significant Or Not

The Premiership - General Discussion

The main thing for Rafa mate is to get Newcastle back up, the stats show that very few sides that go down bounce straight back up again, since 2010/11 I think there's been 3 that have done it and given 3 teams go down each season that's 3 out of the last 18. The 2 sides that went down with Newcastle (Norwich and Villa) are languishing mid table.
Wether Rafa finishes 1st or 2nd getting Newcastle back up first attempt will be an admirable achievement.
In other news Spurs have just gone 2 up at home against Bournemouth, given their defence that looks like game over.

Forster mistake just gave city a cheap 1-0 lead against Southampton in a game otherwise destined for 0-0. If they draw against Southampton, we're actually legitimately above them in the table before the start of the WBA game.

City won so pressure is on us now to  snap 3 points.
Spurs looking strong this season 2nd is nailed for them.
I really hope Chelsea spank Mancs.

Looks like Conte wants to give Mancs some points. Chelsea are playing poor.

Spurs will push them to the end i still think Chelsea will win it.

Mancs still have got few tough games to play, City and Spurs.

Am not worried about Manure. They'll drop points.

I would LOVE it if Spurs won the league though.

Yup main thing is he gets them back to the premiership l.

Another loss today, they need 4 points from 3 games to seal it.

Mancs 1-1 so far so heading to extra time if stays that way.

It would be awsome if they miss out of champs league.

A long day at the office for Manure yesterday. Ibrahimovic injured too, which will make their away trip to Burnley all the harder. Hopefully they'll drop points at the weekend and drift away from the top 4 race.

Some papers saying Ibrahimovic out for at least 6-9 months. Out of contract end of this season, may not ever play for Man Utd again and it could possibly spell a complete end to his playing career.

Hopefully that's not the case Woof, I know he plays for United but he has been a terrific player and it would be sad to see a great career end in such a fashion.

Must admit I didn't think he'd adapt so quickly to the prem, but have to say he's been outstanding for Man Utd, personally I'll be glad to see the back of him.

Football wise a true talent but have say, since he first burst onto the football scene, I've always thought he was a bit too full of himself.
