I'd rather Klopp sticks to his own team rather than inexperienced legends in the staff. Many names being thrown in imo Klopp dont need them.

Soon as a new manager arrives at Liverpool there seems to be a queue of ex players waiting for jobs and using media to try and get one.

Plenty of guys like Fowler and Scholes for example putting in for management jobs at very small clubs, L1 max, but not even getting interviews as chairman want experience and grafters not just trophy appointments.

If Fowler cant land the Fleetwood job then he shouldnt be working at Liverpool in any capacity.

The likes of Fowler should be in at Liverpool in some capacity.

Look at Guardiola he retired from football in 2006 and was the manager of Barcelona B in 2007 his assistant was Tito Vilanova they both went on to manage Barcelona

The same way Liverpool used to recruit from the "boot room"

Don't get me wrong We are lucky to have a manager like Klopp at this club but a lot of people claim we have lost our identity as a club and subsequently lost our reputation the cracks came when we recruited outside of the club

without throwing a monster of money to get players into the side you need a strong chemistry between the players

I'm not sure I agree mate, the boot room was a one off generation of footballing men who knew the game inside out, the likes of Bob Paisley and Joe Fagan started their footballing careers before the war and took over the reigns of the club in their 50's and 60's.
Getting a few ex players to coach the U21's for a few seasons is not going to replicate that.

Leroy Sane rumours are gathering pace and coming from more and more reliable sources. We apparently made an approach in the summer and neither he nor Schalke were remotely interested. But with Klopp in charge it looks as though we will push hard to get him in January.

Arsenal were also scouting him. A good player but is he good enough ?

Did well against Real Madrid earlier this year.

Will do really well to get Sane. Schalke sold Draxler in the summer and will be very surprised if they sell Sane to. They can be quite difficult to deal with

We're trying to build a term of Countinhos and Firminhos? We need balance, we need an out and out striker.

Sane looks more like a sterling type player that can play wings or either side of a front 3. We need genuine pace in the team so I'd welcome a player like this.

Yep, Sane is nothing like Coutinho or Firmino.  Pacey player who can play in one of the three positions behind the striker and has goals in him.

I'd just be very surprised if Schalke sell him especially with him doing well and them selling Draxler in the summer. Obviously every player has a price but Schalke are not one of those clubs that roll over easily and think it would take some serious money to get him.

It's no secret that we need a pacey attacking midfielder who can play left or right and Sane could be that player. Not sure his club would sell him, but he'd be a great addition.

We have more pressing issues and signing a CM should be a priority. That said, you'll never hear me complain about the club signing a quality player and Sane falls firmly in that category. My only fear is that signing him might pretty much signal the end of Coutinho at the club.

why?

the only reason coutinho will leave is because he wants to. signing quality players should only serve to remind him that the club is ambitious and going places. the only player who's place i would consider under threat with a player like sane coming in would be lallana who also is used as a wide forward more often than not, and is not as good as him. maybe it would also jeopardise the return of markovic.

the thought of sane making the kinds of runs he makes so that countinho could ping balls into him from his confirmed presence in the centre is kind of mouthwatering, no?

If we continue to play all games at max tempo (we ran 8kms further as a team than Chelsea for example) then we're going to be rotating a lot more often so will need a bigger squad. We need kwality though, not numbers.

Ffs, you guys criticise BR but yet, you ate worse than BR in terms of the flare player fetish. We probably need a CM, a keeper or a striker more than another AM. If you want another attacking wide-ish player, why not we call back Markovic??
