Never seen him play myself, anyone watched him ?

I think Everton wanted to loan him a while back but then they signed Deulofeu on a permanent basis and their interest cooled, he's very highly rated though and it would be a bit of a coup if we could get him (even for a season).
How credible are these reports mate?

Not too credible from the sources I have read. Afrikaanfootball.com and footballfancast.com, The Express is also running with it now as well.

Ah, that's a pity, he would have been a terrific addition to the squad.
Thanks for that anyway mate.

Liverpool hoping to announce signing of Allan Rodrigues de Souza

The Brazilian midfielder trained with the first team at the Reds' Melwood facility on Tuesday, and the Daily Mail reports that talks have been taking place over a £500,000 move from Internacional.

Deportivo La Coruna have also been linked with a move for the 18-year-old, but after being snapped alongside Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho it appears that Brendan Rodgers is set to win the race for the player.

Don't think anyone from the EPL will touch Balotelli with a bargepole. Will be Europe.

I reckon he'll go anywhere that offers a pot of money, playing for some rich sheik in the middle east will probably suit his ambition.

He's certainly played his last match in a LFC shirt. Which is a pity, because he'll go down in football history as one of the forgotten men who never fulfilled their promise. A bit like Diouf.

Was reading a report in the Echo about how Mario would regularly be late for training and pretty much broke every pre-transfer promise he made in regards to working hard and setting an example to the younger lads. Will be surprised if we get £7million for him.
“You cannot transfer the heart and soul of Liverpool Football Club, although I am sure there are many clubs who would like to buy it.”

Diouf had a far greater impact and influence than Mario ever had/will have. Statistics will show him to be one of our greatest transfer flops/waste of money ever.  Pay per week by game time, cost per goal etc.. I simply don't want to know.

'Reds close in on £16 million Real Madrid star Asier Illarramendi'

Asier Illarramendi is expected to join Liverpool this summer
By Telegraph Sport8:01AM BST 03 Aug 2015

Asier Illarramendi is set to move to Liverpool after the Anfield club came up with an improved offer of £14.2m.
The Express reports that the bid is line with what Real are hoping to receive for the defensive midfielder, and a deal should be completed this week.

Illarramendi arrived at the Bernebeu two years ago, but has failed to establish himself as a regular starter and completed the 90 minutes in La Liga just seven times last season.
Should the Spaniard sign for Liverpool, he will be the club's ninth signing of the summer, as Brendan Rodgers desperately tries to re-establish his team after a disappointing 2014-15 campaign.

I know what you're saying mate but to be fair he does look an exciting prospect.

Looks like Traore is coming in, and Markovic is being sent out on loan. Traore is a big strong lad and will deal with the physical side of the league more than Lazar did last year. Hopefully if Markovic goes out on load he toughens up and hopefully reaches his potential when he returns.

Linked with Negredo, Cheryshev, Traore and Illaramendi.

3 attackers and a DM. We have spent the entire window signing attackers, 61.5 Million on them, and we need 3 more. C'mon now.

The only one that makes sense is Illaramendi, and he would completely change our midfield. The guy is an out and out specialist at protecting the back 4. He is also a good link up man. Having him in front of Sakho on a turnover would be incredible. Sakho is a great distributor, and one thing Illaramendi does is link the CB's to the midfield.

He would just about be our second best signing of the window if we got him in, I just wished we got him in at the beginning of July so he would be gelled and ready for Stoke.
