I can't get my head around this, us and utd spend a fortune on what was supposed to be the cream of their players, they spend a pittance in replacing them and yet they are 3 points and 15 goals ahead of us, sumfink wong here  :no

They didnt spend a pittance
Pelle was 9 million and Tadic was 10, think that Mane was about 12 as well.

It might not seem much compared with what they brought in but that's just because us and united over paid.

Yes I should have said "pittance compared to us"

I guess it wasn't a fluke when West Ham beat us.

I guess Pellegrini is worse than Brendan then? Cause he managed to lose to West Ham with better players...

Totally unrelated to the PL.
Suarez fails to score on debut with Barca (who are having a collective new Swiss roll torn for them courtesy of RM).
Don't think I could stomach watching the return leg

manure did well against chelsea today. thought they would have got it handed to them but they held out and nicked an equalizer at the death.
if they can reproduce that form against city they could take the points.

don't think spurs will get top 4 this year either. i think thats 3 losses, 2 draws and a win in their last 6.

A decent result for us that. Not only does it stop the Chavs running away, but it holds Manure back too.  However, we' really need to get our sh!te together, because it's only a matter of time until our rivals sort them selves out.

I see the Luck is returning to Man U, lucky their second goal against Stoke stood and lucky not to concede at the end. I hope it runs out when they play us.

They have rode their luck again tonight, god knows how they have won this one, Southampton have been by far the better side.

In my whole life I haven't seen a luckier team than Man United. Makes me sick watching them win like this and then people telling me how good they are.

United are drawing 1-1 at HT against Stoke.
Stoke were actually 1-0 up inside 2 minutes and had a great chance to extend their lead but they blew it. United look favourites to win ATM but weather conditions aren't great (which might suit Stoke) so you never know.

EDIT - Stoke have had a stonewall pen turned down and just hit the post too, United really are the luckiest so and so's I've ever seen, you just know they are going to win this.
