Fair play to the oppo, they're playing some good footy, much more than I initially gave them credit for.

Need a result here, on what they've shown it's gonna be more than hard at their place.

Really dont think Balotelli fits our style.

What formation are we playing. To me it seems like 4-5-1. Ballotelli looks isolated, like last Saturday. FFS BR, sort it out. Imo, we look like the away team.

I know BR wants fast attacking footy but there are times (when it's not working) you occasionally need to put your foot on the ball and think about what the fu'ck it is you're doing   

wow that was useless...BR forget how to coach or what? Yes personally Coutinho/Lallalana/Sterling have been poor but tactics are no where to be seen...

I think the problem is in Lallana and Coutinho. They should be creating things but they're pretty awful. Lallana is anonymous while I'd really like to know Coutinho's pass accuracy for this one.

I believe that one goal for us will change a lot of things though.

For me the formation limits most of our attacking options. The likes of Henderson and Sterling are struggling to have an impact and Lallana, and Coutinho are doing pretty much the same job at the same subpar level. We need another forward to open up more spaces for the likes of Balotelli and Sterling upfront. Gerrard is forced to play it shorter because the 3 attacking midfielders we have + Henderson all come deep to get it at feet and that essentially makes us very easy to defend against.

I'd introduce Lambert or Borini for Coutinho or Llanana

Yes but would prefer Lambert

This keeper is only having his second competitive game in 6 months, you would think we would be trying to test him a bit more
