Sunderland should be honorary second team for all of us from now on

F'ucking brilliant result for us.

And as usual Chelsea's management react with all the class of a two dollar hooker.

Great result but it doesn't really change a lot for us. We still can afford only one draw.

We won't have a better opportunity than this, I just wish we were going into tomorrow's game with a full strength side.
Tomorrow's game is absolutely massive, if we win that convincingly I think the other 2 teams will think the title has gone.

Like I said in another thread, this title could maybe be decided on goal difference !

IMO it's now between us and City.

If we take 9 of the twelve points available we finish on 86pts

If City take all 15 points available to them they'd finish on 86 pts

If Chelsea take all nine points available to them they'd finish on 84pts

What stood out for me was how poor as a unit Chelsea were. I keep watching these other teams and thinking, as a TEAM, they're nowhere near as good as us. Tomorrow's match is crucial, if we win that, then I think we go on and beat Chelsea next weekend. We're better than them at the minute.

For what Sunderland has done in the past 4 days...the least we can do is to beat Norwich comprehensively and return the favour

If I'm honest, I won't be too bothered with Chelsea now as they will shift their focus on winning the CL. I want City to drop points and getting maximum points from games in hand is not as easy as it sounds

I actually hope their game against Athletico is still in the balance after Tuesday, if (big if I know) we win convincingly tomorrow Mourinho may decide not to risk the likes of Hazard against us next week if he feels he has more chance of winning the CL than making up the 5 points on us.
In the second leg however I hope Athletico smash them about 5-0.

It's funny that so many chelsea fans are crying about the fact that a pen was given against them that was soft. First of all, I can see it being a pen. Would I be happy if it were given against us? No absolutely not, but you can see why it's given. Second, Ramires should've been sent off for turning around and punch Seb Larsson in the face. It was clearly on purpose, right in from of the ref, and I don't know how he's not called it. Surely he'll be out for the rest of the season for that.

Classless whining little bit.che.s that having been playing with dirty tactics for a long while under Maureen.

Got everything they deserved and full credit to Sunderland for a magnificent week, hope Poyet can help them stay up.  :buttrock

Would love it if we tonked these little sh.it.s next week and went 8 points clear of them with 2 games remaining.
