I would prefer Everton to pip Arsenal for the champs league, it might stop all the bitters going on about heysel and it costing them a European cup place the following year

I don't see Everton as much as threat as Arsenal , Manu and even Spurs for that matter

Keeping all those teams out of the Champion league can only benefit us in the long run

I see them as under better management and arguably better first team than Spurs.

I just think it's good for the city. Would be nice to see the powers shifted from Manchester and London to Merseyside.

Flores just given a second yellow 3 minutes after a challenge... Chelsea just kept complaining and complaining about a mis-timed tackle that really shouldn't have been a yellow, much less a second, and Dowd caved in and gave it. I've never seen a ref succumb to pressure like that before, that's absolutely pathetic. Swansea have been the better side until now as well.

Was kind of ***** at first when Giroud scored today but massive respect for him for taking out the black armband and kissing it.

Hugely gone up in my book. Very classy, Giroud.

Thinking about it i don't mind if arsenal get 4th, if they don't Wenger may leave and they may bring in a manager that will see them stronger competitors for the top of the table rather than the usual mid season stumble they seem to have every season under Wenger

If that stays the same we'd only need a draw against Chelsea, come on Sunderland hang on FFS!

If this score stays, Wickham will become the Liverpool hero many of us hoped he would be a few years ago.

Not getting my hopes up tho. Couple ex-united players in the sunderland squad that won't have any of that!

It's official! Wickham is the hero! Sending Borini on loan was a great decision by us! he's done us some big favors!
