Liverpool Football Club - Games

Image VERSUS Image

Probably early to start the thread, but hey-ho

After a dismal 2 defeats against Chelsea and previously against Fiorentina away. It is hoped that a much needed victory will be sort after at the Stadium of Light.

Hopefully Torres will come through the spanish world cup game unscathed, and that he will manage to start scoring again.
These are the kind of teams Liverpool need to thrash to maintain a serious title charge, unlike last season when too many draws put paid to a chance of a 20th league title for this year.

come rafa, and come on Liverpool  :)

you heard Max's calls then? :D

can't even predict a starting line up for this til after the international break

If I was at home I'd be going to this so it's a bit gutting. I reckon we'll get our season back on track here. 2:0 :)

We should get our problems sorted out. Its cherish or perish from here on. Should be a tough game so 2-1 for me. With torres and Benny scoring and Bent sneaking one for em.

What are your credentials for starting a thread Judge? How many have we won, lost or drawn when you were the match thread starter?

I will be happy with a clean sheet and a win with no injuries.

Sunderland dont have a good record scoring against us do they? I hope it continues but Carra and Skrtel are gonna have to be on their toes to stop Bent and Jones

I'm terrified about our defence, Skrtel and Carragher are cr@p together, and Skrtel is a cr@p defender.

We have to win, no more excuses

I hope Agger is back, move Carra back over, Agger is the calm influence we need right now
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On
