Middlesbrough v Liverpool Weds 14th Dec 19:45

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby Doeboy » Mon Dec 12, 2016 6:14 pm

Well games are coming up thick and fast now. Really need a win to get us back on track. This game has a tricky feel to it. On paper, we should be winning but then we should have in our last 2 games.

They don't seem to score too many and are fair bit down the league.

Got a nagging feeling this might end in a 1-1 draw. Same time, if we turn up and show a bit of defensive dicipline and  cut out the mistakes, we can walk out with a comfortable 2/3-0 win. Hope it is the later but just feeling edgy after our recent games

The one crumb of comfort from the Southampton, Bournemouth and West Ham games is that we were the better side in all 3 games over the 90 minutes. It was mainly poor defending/keeping that cost us and apart from the last 15 minutes against Bournemouth no one really wiped the floor with us so i wouldn't do anything too dramatic.
One change I would make though is to bring Mingolet back in, Karius is struggling at the moment and I don't think Jurgen is doing him any favours by continually sending him out to face the music when his confidence is rock bottom.

Agree Yakka, despite the rubbish result of the last 2 games we were the better side in both.

Klopp needs to bring back in Mignolet, will be livid if he continues this monkey business with Kaurius.

We will easily win this game if our defence works their rocks off (including Mig) in shutting out Negredo, Stuani and Ramirez.

They are no world beaters so we need to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and put 3 or 4 past them.........

We must win this one i am kind of confident but with our common mistakes we make im unsure.

I would play Firmino as false 9 and shift Origi on left.

if we start with Karius - Boro 3 -  LFC 1
if we start with Mignolet - Boro 1 - LFC 1

that simple.

Everton have beaten Arsenal so we have a chance to pull level with Wenger's men tomorrow.

Stop saying these things yakka, just stop staying it!
When i didnt have any expectations of the team in the beginning of the season, they performed brilliantly and went top of the league. After I started having SOME expectations, they start to stutter. Then again it seems to some sort of pattern that comes in supporting this team...

The weird Klopp who looks to have lost the plot right now, he is very much need to bring in Mignolet, otherwise we wouldn't win this game, Brough have good strikers whom they will try to shoot at sight especially if this useless German keeper does plays! because they know this keeper cannot stop the balls, a doggy keeper!

As much as Liverpool are top goal scorers but soon their goals against will overlap that.. because they don't have a defense and no keeper at all. An Excellent Klopp's hype football style, not strategy and no variation of team plans.

Tonight game will not be easy, but it is a very tough one.

And suddenly Middlesborough who are 3 points off the relegation places becomes a big match !! Get a fkg life you shower of whinging fkrs  I'll donate my left bolluk to medical science if we don't give this shower a damn good thrashing. Result 5-1 to the boys in red. Get your money on now. Oh you want the first goal scorer as well - that will be Milner from the spot !!
