Man City vs Liverpool-5:30pm Saturday 21st Nov

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby redshade » Tue Nov 17, 2015 9:35 pm

Back to the prem now after the exciting and entertaining international break.

City look strong at home this season so this will be a tough one for us.
Sterling will be facing us for the first time so will be interesting how he does.

Who wouldn't love a win but I'd be happy to come home with a point.

I've got a sneaky feeling we are going to do and Smash and Grab on these lot. 1-0 Coutiniho just like the Stoke game. And the Mange are going to lose 2-0 to Watford. I really should stop smoking this stuff

Our top 4 hopes could be riding on this game, if United beat Watford in the early kick off that will put 10 points between us and them in 4th. That will leave us a big gap to bridge if we lose against City, what's more if we do lose and Chelsea beat Norwich even they will only be 3 points behind us!

If Skrytel stares at him for longer than 5 seconds it'll injure him

Well at least the footy's back and we dont have to suffer any more of those annoying international breaks (not till next March anyway). England games were bad enough to watch even when there was quite a few Liverpool players in the team but now the national side has morphed into an amalgam of Manchester United and Tottenham I've got even less interest in watching them.
Having international breaks in September, October and November is too much imo, every 3 or 4 games there's been another effin' break, the season has struggled to get going.

I agree. Marketing and promotion of the game globally has taken over.
But we have benefitted from these breaks too. Klopp has had more time to bed in his new position which I am sure FSG were aware of!
Anyway, should be a cracker of a game today... COME ON U REDMEN!
