The 3 stooges in midfield 
Jurgen should have just done a straight swap, Ox for Mane. We've just got to pray that today is one of those Arsenal type days where all 3 of them all play well. If Can or Wijnaldum have another one of those games where they look like they've been on the ale the night before this could be a very long afternoon.

Don't think Klopp trusts Ox enough to chuck him into a game like this. If it was up against a lesser team, think we may have seen him but the not sure he is sure of chucking him into a game which is likely to be really intense.

I'm optimistic ,without Fellaini the thug Manu are missing that bad a$$ factor in the MF which I hope should play to our advantage..Let's hope the 3 stooges come to play.

Whatever happens in the first 45 mins will be irrelevant to what happens in the second 45 mins.
JK will need to show today that he does indeed have a plan B up his sleeve. Whether we are up or behind a plan B will be needed.

IF we are chasing this game at half-time - then JK should be brave and go traditional 4-4-2 with Solanke and Sturridge up top...
Something tells me that Maureen and his girls will not be prepared for an SAS onslaught!

We lose that extra attacker though mate and Coutinho is moved to the wing where he has less influence on the game.
If the 3 stooges don't play well we are f**ked.

Gomez is not a Premier League player at this stage of his career..Poor choice.

Pretty even contest. We need to be more clinical in front of goal. They could nick one second half, then we will be chasing the game.
They're quite hard to break down, but we expected that. Coutinho needs to stick a 25 yarder in, a bit of magic required.

Sturridge needs to replace firminio he's not done enough plenty of possession with no killer instinct. With all the possession and territory we need to take advantage

Dominating play created 2 3 decent chances..one super save by de gea and one save by migs...Manu are hard to break and we are not eager to take risks...thought Gomez and Moreno were poor...Hendo poor as well..
