LIVERPOOL v WBA Wed 13th Dec 8.00pm KO

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby eds » Wed Dec 13, 2017 10:53 pm

Klopp has to go nuclear on the refs and overall EPL officials tonight they have cost us 4 points (over the last 2 games) and if nothing is said they will continue to rob us.

Couldn’t give a f**k what we get fined.

Fuming after that disgraceful decision.

This result wouldn't have been as bad if it wasn't for the errors that lead to the draw vs Everton. We NEEDED a big result tonight, and we once again bottle it.

don't know what to say...Fab 4 played ,they stunk the place..No sharpness at all in passing in finishing nothing..The rest were off as well..Mentally we weren't here tonight..2 home games 2 points..it doesn't get any worse..

Losing more ground, and overtaken by Spurs and Burnley. I think we are 6th in the league.

The only thing you can say about tonight is that at least he put a decent side out, there wasn't much else the manager could have done.

Above Burnley on goal difference ... but we should be firmly in the top 4 with the games we've lost points from.

I suppose we should be happy with clean sheet.

This game and the Everton game show we need a number 9 in the side. At times we struggle to break sides that sit deep and we dont have a striker who can score from half a chance or create his own scoring opportunity. On that note, where is Sturridge ? Solanke should be nowhere near the starting 11

I've been saying that for about 2 years now. The team is crying out for a striker and they went and palmed off Origi who is just gaining experience for a lad with absolute zero.
The papers on Sunday were saying Sturridge was told he could leave in January. Solanke is ahead of him and obviously Ings.
Where did Lallana go ? He was about to come on a few weeks ago and has failed to make a squad since.

Their must be a reason why we are not consistent in every match, and consistently drop points. It's no good playing well in one game, and then disappearing therafter.  Firminho does it a lot.

Consistency is a problem. If we keep winning and dropping points also, then we may struggle to even get top 4.

No consistency.

Fab 4 didn't play well tonight there was none of that exquisite link up play, passing was dire and West Brom defended like their life depends on it. We are known to have pace but couldn't even get past them at times. It was a dire performance and one of those days were a scrappy win would have been great.
We couldn't stretch them out and many times were lost in their box surrounded by 10 West Brom players. Well i guess that new manager spark has done it for Everton and West Brom.

We are also lucky we didn't go 1-0 down and lost because they could have easily scored when they had a few corners on the bounce. Thanks to Karius top saves then.
