Stoke had one shot on target and an offside goal. In fairness they made Liverpool's life very difficult but it really was just one fkg huge great bus they parked !!

Well done to the team for getting to Wembley.  To be honest though, anyone thinks we're going to beat everton or man city in the final with the way we're playing is deluded.  Enjoy the day out lads because unless klopp does his job and turns us around I can't see our name on the cup

Remember when all said and done tonight we got beat 1 nil at home to stoke.  Not good enough.

However.  We off to Wembley!

We've played 8 games in January now, which is insane.

We've conceded a goal on the opposition's first shot on target in 6 of those games. 6! How do you ever win when you concede on their first shot on goal 75% of the time?

If it was a league game I would agree with you but their goal was blatantly offside and they parked the bus awaiting a result.

You also need to take into account how many games our squad has played in the last few weeks. Today was always going to be about the result.

Klopp has done magnificently getting us to the final and with Coutinho and (hopefully) Sturridge back we will be a much better side in a few weeks time against Manure the Blue or the Bitters.

If we can somehow praise this Brazilian lad from those Ukrainian gangsters, I think it will be a pretty good month.

Their goal was offside - they parked the bus and they got a 1 nil win had it of been a league game. However, it was a cup match and a place at Wembley to play for.
Mignolet took us to the final. Well played fella!

We were poor but balls to it. The players didn't look up for it, don't know if it was the occasion or what but if they want the cup they need to put a rocket up their @rse. We'll have our injured players back for the final. Bring it on!  :buttrock

This awful match was due to bad referee whereas Stoke's goal should never be allowed. Liverpool once again to produce good quality display, because simply we don't have a quality having said that all the players had worked very hard for this win and they have deserved their place in final. Special mention to the outsdanding player "Lucas" he had an excellent game, Milner too and I Sakho.

We only hope that the team show the same hard work but a better display in FA cup against West Ham!, we need to beat them and this is very much over due against them.

Well done lads.

Congrats to the team, that's about it

I have nothing to say about the performance other than me and my mate are loving the Klopp antics each game. Last night we saw couple of classics.....seemingly berating Moreno as he jogged along the touchline...watching Jurgen follow him shouting was brilliant.....that needs to be a GIF. The other one when he is chewing the ear off of the 4th official...also genius

If anyone has the skills to do it, I think there should be a new thread dedicated to capturing those classic Klopp moment in gifs for everyone to enjoy...that will be hilariously entertaining to watch back season on season.....the 'season in review'

Anyone got the skillz?

Offside goal, bad referee...... football is the only serious sport where we don't have the video referee in the stand - due to Blatters corruption. Lets hope we can move forward post Blatter and make positive changes for the good of the game.

Good point Reg, but don't you think it's a double edge sword? I mean, imagine if goal line technology was available back in 2005... Did Luis' shot cross the line or not against Chel$ki? I'm all up for using technology as the camera does not lie, but we have also benefited many times in our great past without it.
